PSLE Intensive Mathematics Course

9.30am – 12pm

• ·        Reinforcing concepts of common difficult topics like fractions, ratio and speed & strategies to solve word problem under these topics.
• ·        Learn various heuristics to tackle non-routine questions involving number patterns and arithmetic progressions.
• ·        Techniques in answering questions without the use of calculator in Paper 1.

PSLE Intensive English Course

12.30pm – 3.00pm

• ·        Common mistakes and Composition Tips.
• ·        Emphasise three key components of the PSLE English paper which many students find especially challenging.
• ·        10 Common careless mistakes that students make in Synthesis & Transformation.
• ·        100 words that are commonly tested in Comprehension Cloze Passages.
• ·        Situational and Continuous Writing, Comprehension Cloze Passages, Synthesis and Transformation, Open-ended Comprehension.

PSLE Intensive Science Course

3.30pm – 6.00pm

• ·        Concept-mapping to recall and access key concepts in major topics.
• ·        Master the essential skills stipulated in MOE’s guidelines for Science.
• ·        Learn to answer experimental based examination questions with effective templates and understanding.
• ·        Scientific investigations to incorporate various scientific processes.

At the end of the programme, your child will attain:

• A high level of confidence to achieve outstanding grades in their Prelims and PSLE!
•  Useful tips and techniques in learning and applying topical concepts
• A solid grasp of the main topics in Science and Mathematics
• An immediate improvement in English

This is a short intensive course for candidates who need help in their MUET preparation.

Singapore Primary 1 Preparation Programme (5 - 6 years)

This course aims to reinforce basic preschool concepts taught for your child’s head start to Singapore primary one education.

Primary 1 Preparation Programme/ Preparatory Programme (English & Mathematics)

This once-weekly, 1½ hour programme is specially designed to equip 6-year-olds with necessary academic skills as they get ready for their primary school journey. Lessons are conducted in a highly interactive, hands-on and fun environment through a series of Montessori and other engaging activities.

We accept a maximum of 6 students per class.

Topics introduced are in line with Singapore MOE’s Primary 1 English & Mathematics syllabus.

English Preparatory Class
Reading & Phonics skills, comprehension, Listening and Speaking Skills, Vocabulary Expansion, Creative Expression, Paragraph and story writing, Grammar Rules, Cloze Passage, Show and Tell

Mathematics Preparatory Class
Number bonds, Number patterns, Numbers 1 to 100, Addition and Subtraction, Length, Time and Money, Ordinal Numbers, Problem sums, model drawing
